This privacy policy applies to the "How old am I?" app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by WUJIN CHA (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for entertainment use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application is fundamentally designed to not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) from its users. The Facial image data you provide to the Application for age estimation is processed exclusively on your device only and is never stored, saved, or sent to any server.

The Application collects minimal technical information for service stability, analytics, and advertising purposes (via AdMob). This information is not directly linked to your PII like name or email, but may be linked to your device and may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address), which is used for estimating general location for ad delivery and analysis.
• Usage data, including the pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on the Application.
• The operating system you use on your mobile device.
• Your device's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), which is collected only with your explicit consent via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

The Application does not collect any information about the precise location of your mobile device, nor does it ask for any personal information like your name, email, or contact details.

IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) With your explicit consent via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, the Application may collect your device's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). This identifier is used to deliver personalized advertisements and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

If you decline consent through the ATT framework, or if personalized advertising is otherwise disabled, the Application will not use these identifiers for tracking, and you will receive only non-personalized advertisements.

Third-Party Services Please note that the Application utilizes a single third-party service, AdMob (Google), for serving in-app advertisements. AdMob collects and processes certain data (as outlined in the 'Information Collection and Use' section above) for purposes including ad personalization, analytics, and fraud prevention.

Face Data Processing

To provide the AI-powered age estimation feature, the Application processes facial images as follows:

• Facial features and biometric facial data extracted for the AI-based age estimation model. | | How Face Data is Used | - Processing facial characteristics to generate age prediction results on your device.
• The analysis result is solely the specific numerical age (e.g., a number like "35") predicted by the AI. | | Data Sharing Policy | - Face data is NEVER shared with any third parties.
• No external servers receive, store, or process your facial data. | | Data Storage and Retention | - Zero retention period. Face data is processed in device memory only.
• Data is immediately deleted from memory upon completion of the analysis.
• No permanent storage occurs on the device or external servers. Face information does not persist after the analysis or when you close the app. |
